A concept design has been prepared and approved by the national Heritage Board for the building at Pikk 60. Located in the heart of Tallinn Old Town, the building combines an excellent location with easy access.
According to the project, the building will be renovated into a stylish apartment building or apart hotel and commercial areas, including a restaurant and a spa. The building will be revamped while retaining and displaying many of its historic features.
